Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available through the website https://onlywinbet-ca.com ("Website") as accessed by users of Onlywin Casino. Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

User Obligations

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each Game offered on the Website is governed by its specific rules, pay tables, and return-to-player ("RTP") information as displayed within the Game interface or, where applicable, on the game provider's information page. By participating in a Game, you accept those rules in addition to these Terms.
  • Randomness and fairness: Outcomes of Games are determined by a random number generator ("RNG") or, in the case of live dealer Games, by randomized physical processes. The Operator takes reasonable steps to ensure that the Games are fair and operate in accordance with their stated rules.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

This may involve reversing winnings or re-crediting stakes.

Conduct in Live Casino and Chats

  • Respectful behaviour: You must at all times behave respectfully towards other Players, dealers, and staff. Any abusive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate language or conduct in chats, live casino environments, or communications with support will not be tolerated.
  • Prohibited content: You must not use chat or other interactive features to:

Bonus Terms

Activation of Bonuses

  • Eligibility: Bonuses, promotions, and special offers (collectively "Promotions") are made available at the Operator's discretion and may be limited to specific Players, markets, or time periods. Some Promotions are available only to newly registered Players; others may be targeted to returning Players.

  3. Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must usually be completed within a specified period (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days from activation), as indicated in the Promotion details. If wagering is not completed within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited and removed from your Account.

Prohibited Games and Actions

    • colluding with other Players to exploit Promotions; or

  • Consequences: In cases of suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, fraudulent behaviour, or breach of promotional terms, the Operator may:
    • remove Bonus Funds and associated winnings from your Account;
    • void affected Bets and adjust balances;
    • suspend or close your Account; and/or
    • refuse participation in future Promotions.

Combining Promotions

  • One active Bonus rule: Unless explicitly allowed, only one active Bonus may be in play at any given time. Activating a new Bonus may cause the existing Bonus and associated wagering progress to be forfeited.
  • Non-stacking: Bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other Promotions cannot normally be combined or "stacked" on the same deposit or Bets unless the specific promotion expressly authorises cumulative benefits.
  • Order of application: The Operator reserves the right to determine the order in which Bonuses are applied and wagered, and to exclude certain Promotions from being used in conjunction with others.

Limitation of Liability

Operator's Obligations

Exclusions of Liability

Maximum Liability

  • Cap on compensation: Subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website and Services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed:
    • the amount of the Bet or Wager placed by you in relation to the specific Game or transaction giving rise to the claim; or

Intellectual Property Rights

Permitted and Prohibited Use

  • Restrictions: You may not, without the prior written consent of the Operator:

  • User content: If you submit any content (such as reviews, feedback, chat messages, or suggestions), you grant the Operator a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Services, subject to applicable privacy laws.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your Personal Data in connection with Onlywin Casino and the Website are governed by the Operator's privacy and cookies policy available at https://onlywin.com/privacy-policy. Termination & Suspension

Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

  • Grounds for action: The Operator may, at its reasonable discretion, suspend or close your Account, restrict access to the Services, withhold or freeze funds, or void Bets where:
    • you breach or are reasonably suspected of breaching these Terms or any related policies (including AML/KYC and bonus terms);
    • you provide misleading, false, or incomplete information during registration or verification;
    • there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, or any other illegal activity;
    • you initiate chargebacks or otherwise reverse legitimate payments without valid justification;
    • you abuse Bonuses or engage in irregular betting patterns, collusion, or cheating; or
    • the Operator is required to do so by law, a regulator, payment provider, or court order.
  • Temporary suspension: The Operator may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating any suspected breach or risk. During suspension, you may be unable to deposit, bet, or withdraw until the matter is resolved.

Player-Initiated Account Closure

Refunding Funds upon Termination

  • Real Money Balance: Upon closure of your Account (whether initiated by you or by the Operator), and subject to completion of any outstanding KYC checks and legal obligations, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to return your remaining Real Money Balance (if any) using an appropriate Payment Method.
  • Bonus Funds: Any active Bonuses and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of closure will normally be forfeited, unless the Operator is required by law or regulator to handle them differently.
